‘Network Errors’ delete any progress

I used this app for a while and even though I wasn’t winning anything, I didn’t write it off as a scam at first. Recently however, every time I get close to completing the puzzle for the amazon card, I get a ‘Network Error’ message, and the next time I log in, all my progress has been erased. It’s still the same puzzle, it hasn’t started a new one, but all my previously earned pieces have been wiped clean. I played the Lucky Wheel for more pieces, same problem. After using it for about a year I am now willing to say this is just an excuse to make you watch adds so they get revenue with no payout.

So I got tired of this and deleted it. I have brought to there attention to many times to count. You will never cash out. The best you can hope for is to watch endless ads and maybe the amazon card! I walk a lot everyday and at least 3-6 times a Month it said I hadn’t walked enough. I sent in the screen shot of their warning and my phones steps to prove otherwise for 2 months. I got the standard “sorry for your inconvenience “. So I’m done. DO NOT download!! So I started this app with the mindset of extra encouragement to get up and walk. The extra possibility of 30.00 bucks helped. However, at least 5 times I have emailed and sent proof that I walked more than 100 feet when the app said, sorry you didn’t 100 steps yesterday. And I get the same canned response back - they are dealing with it and will respond. Last month I do feel it cost me my 30.00 because I think I would have gotten it or at least been closer than I was. This is day 4 of September and it’s already started again. Walked over 7k steps yesterday only to be told I made no money because I didn’t do 100 steps... This bug needs to be fixed.

It’s an alright game, you just can’t do much without an ad popping up. It makes me not want to be on the app.
Too many long ads

You spend the vast majority of your time with ads. I might watch 5 seconds. After 10 I am tuned out. Waste of time.
Lags and way too many videos

The game lags so much you can barely use it. It freezes a lot and I have to close the app and reopen it. I have recently just got the app and disappointed so far but I hope it can get an update to speed it up. I understand the reason for adds but too many. I have another app that is free and you can redeem free stuff. There are adds one and a while maybe after 5 minutes or so of use. Not every few seconds or minutes. Too much.

I’ve really been hoping this app would get better but it has not. It’s extremely Ad heavy which I’m okay with but 90% of the time the app closes itself after playing an Ad and you don’t get credit for whatever you were watching the Ad for.
