Doesn’t work

My app doesn’t make any sound. It worked well the first morning but now it doesn’t make any sound unless I go inside the app. So if I am sleeping I just keep sleeping and don’t see the notification. Not sure what’s going on, I believe it’s an error, but I can’t use it. I tried several tests and nothing works. I’m really sad cause I loved it the first morning!
I like the concept

Just downloaded the app whilst it’s free. Haven’t used it yet. Time will tell if it’s effective or not, but I like the concept.
