The app logs you out after awhile, so when you try to sign back in, it asks for the app’s authentication code, a code that you can’t get until you sign in…

It’s so slow to do anything… besides how buggy it can be with crashes and just all around feeling unoptimized in general, it’s just so slow to do anything. I mainly have if for steam guard but frankly, everything else is just a slower, worse version of the website version that I could go to. This really needs a lot of improvements.

It’s crashes 25% of the time when typing comments on someone’s profile all in the midst of typing. This also applies for directly messaging Steam users. 2 years ago it was possible for iOS users to upload images from their phones into dms and since later updates to this app; it’s not anymore.

ANGRY BLUE MEN
So I got the app one day a long time ago just cuz, no reason really, signed in, everything was good. Everything worked fine. Now 2022 I go in and it says at the bottom oshbfd logged in to (account) at the top it says log in. What? I look down and I look up and it’s like two different devices. I get a code it says my username then I look up and I have to log in. That and also when I tried to sign in I forgot my password so I needed to change it and it didn’t work cuz when I go to change it and I get to the email link ITS THE WRONG LINK, it takes me to a place to remove the steam guard authentication codes. I click it anyways hoping it was the wrong text (like five minutes ago max of posting this, idk why I thought it would work anyways) I go back to the app, still see everything like before, so I’m gonna have to get on my computer and see if it removed the code there. If that were fixed then five stars.

Huge bug where I can’t sign back in and there seems to be to solution to this problem and valve doesn’t care about fixing this issue. Do not do 2 factor authentication until this big is fixed, had this app for while and this big just popped up out of nowhere. Really annoying how my account be fixed out of there own laziness, don’t add to this companies laziness until fixed.
