Beware of sneaky charges
Margonthebus

This app is simple and easy to use. Takes 30 seconds to download the app and connect to your hotel room tv. Especially handy if the batteries in your remote are nearly dead, as they often are in hotels. HOWEVER, if you tap the wrong button they’ll sneak a $.99 charge on you. I hit said button and before I realized what was happening I’d been charged for a subscription to the TV guide feature. I need to figure out if this is a one-time fee or a subscription. Sneaky sneaky.

Good idea, but does not work AT all
cheapomni

Omni should’ve gotten a smart tv and avoided all this bs. Then again they don’t even offer free WiFi without signing up for something.

Could be better.

Would be nice if I could stream Netflix and Hulu to the TV. Marriott is winning hotel entertainment right now. 20 bucks for an in room rental is outrageous.

Chromecast for Android Phones crippled for iOS
Suleman123

This works great with an Android device and is little more than a remote for iOS. If you use an Android, you can Chromecast anything, like Netflix. If you use an iPhone, like most people, this is awful. It is not worthy of a good hotel service.

Horrendous
RainnyRainRain

Functionality doesn’t work for chrome cast. Wanted to switch to watching live tv and it kept going back to a black screen for chrome cast that wasn’t working. Hotel chains and app developers should be embarrassed for this buggy non functional zombie app.

Doesn’t Work
TimothyC

Followed instructions, followed troubleshooting steps, didn’t work.

Charge the hotels, not the guests!
Harold Jcp

Pay $1 for the privilege of getting a channel guide on this app? What a shame. I’m not sure if it’s the hotel that isn’t paying for it or you all setting this up as a recurring business model which doesn’t even give the hotel an option. Either way, this reflects poorly in both.

Crap

Can’t even watch a show from start to finish without having to reconnect multiple times

Lots of potential. Doesn’t really work
Hakuro

This was so close to being really great. Unfortunately, as soon as you walk away, it crashes and burns. Requires you to login again, you forget your login, would have been faster to use the remote. Slightly easier to select channels to watch if you manage to remember your password but otherwise not worth it.

Upgrade needed

just needs an U/I upgrade. Thanks
