Love this game. Had stars for the US, Canada, and Mexico. Many plates like Guam, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico I have never seen. Play it every time we travel. One thing I wish it would do is list your games numerically (? I guess that would be the word) by dates. When you create a new game it gets “lost” in the game list. That’s why I gave it a 4.
Very cumbersome to take so many steps to mark a state as “seen”—needs to be a one-touch transaction instead of highlight+Mark As Seen+touch again. Also needs the option of removing territories—we seldom watch for or see them. Finally a “global” mark as not found so one may easily start over on the next trip.
**first review** but anyway I think although it's simple it's pretty cool especially when trying to let the time fly by while on a trip and such. not bad. we should be able to take the plate's pictures or something so it could be cooler. haha but the app is fine.
I was just looking for something like this a couple of weeks ago on a trip with my kids. There used to be a website that did this, but I like the idea of having a local app. Thanks for making this!
Please make this app available to those of us with a 1st generation iPod Touch. I love this game and have great memories of playing it with my daughter when she was young. Thanks.
I used it and it's a good way to entertain in long road trips but needs the picture of the state plates
This'll keep my kids from fighting in the car! They keep spotting out these plates and they say "Let's do it again!"
The five stars are a benefit of the doubt rating. This is a great idea for an app... A couple things I'd like to see to maintain my rating 1. The addition of Wash DC, Canada plates, Mexico plates and us territorities (Guam, virgin islands, etc) 2. Pictures of the current plate for comparison purposes 3. A way to play online with others Great start!
