Stash2Go allows you to use Ravelry on the go, even if you're offline, on the iPhone and the iPad, and provides access to yarns, projects, patterns and friends, even if you're offline. Ravelry is the world's largest community for knitters and crocheters. On the reviews tab, please select “All versions”. The app is updated several times a month so there may not be reviews on the most recent update.

Just buy it!

This is a great app and invaluable for reference when you’re out buying yarn.

Great app
johan es la puerta

I love this app and use it regularly. One of my favorite functions is the fully customizable stitch/row counter - a separate counter associated with each project, AND you can add as many counters as you want. So I can have lines for total rows, increases, rows between increases, etc etc. for me, this alone is worth the price of admission. Editing entries and loading photos are the other functions I use most - so far no complaints at all.

Can't imagine knitting without it - now with Watch App!
Lin Ai

Just wanted to update my review to 5 stars! This app just keeps getting better. Now the Watch App shows the four counters for your current projects right on your wrist! I had been hoping for this since first getting the watch. This is much handier than leaving your phone sitting out while knitting away from home. Remember that if the watch reverts to the time, you can get back to your last used app by quickly double-pressing the Digital Crown. In my testing this brought me right back to the row counter (you don’t have to launch the app again, pick the project, and go to the right counter). The Stash2Go Watch App also shows local yarn shops and ties into the Maps Watch App to give walking or driving directions. Finally, it displays a list of the top hot projects on Ravelry. Comments on previous version: Why use this over the Ravelry website? 1) Associate PDFs with projects and use arrows in the app to mark places on the pdf. Save project patterns for offline use. 2) Use up to 4 stitch counters with each project while viewing the pattern PDF and the counters stay in sync if you have Stash2Go on more than one device! 3) Combined view of all forum discussions organized by date/time. 4) Add photos to projects and stash with your device's camera. Also, the developer is very response on the Stash2Go Ravelry forum and updates the app frequently.

Good

I think the app is good can you add an update to where ravelry users can upload their own patterns or to be able to create a pattern while they are on the go and to add in more in the search section? I think it'll be helpful thanks

Comparable to Ravulous for the other mobile OS
Helencarnate

Since switching back to iOS, I hadn't found a Ravelry app I liked as well as Ravulous. This has great functionality and shows off those beautiful yarn and project pictures. Built in counter is a useful touch.

Barcode function
HurrrDurrrr

I purchased this app specifically to use the barcode scanner to add yarn to my stash but it just does not work- it correctly scans the barcode, the name and color way of the yarn briefly appears and then I get spinrite+ and random yarn selections appear. Am I doing something wrong? Really disappointed.

Pretty good
LucyPluckFarm

Doesn't support handspun projects which I find irritating and doesn't send notifications for forums you are part of unless it's a response to you personally. Other then that, handy ap.

Like the bit of the app I've played with, but...
franciscangypsy

The one thing I really wish this app would do, is that when you respond to a post on the forum, I wish this app would let you read the post and see who you're responding to while you're writing the response. I tend to forget halfway through and need the reference point!

Meh
Rubyxcxcjjj

Meh. Every time I search a pattern it says no results found which is really annoying. Still really buggy but I still use it a lot. It's just clunky.

Disappointing
csigler

Was tired of digging thru my stash so I went to raverly to create an inventory of yarn. Was taking forever so I found this ap. Started with the Lite version then saw there was a bar code scanner in the full so I bought it for $6. I started scanning my recent chain store purchases.... Couldn't find any Loops & Threads yarns... Very disappointed.
