The share action is top-notch, and that's good because that's where most of the workflow with this app happens. The problem lies within the core app. Organization is unusual and it feels very foreign for iOS. Swiping between screens does weird and unpredictable things like popping up a keyboard or not displaying a page you think it should. (The app's settings icon is in a place where it looks like you can just swipe over to it, but you can't for seemingly no reason.) The biggest problem is changing metadata. While sharing, this is easy and fun. It feels fast. In the app, it's clunky and the UI is just done through system prompts. It's clear the dev(s) spent a lot of time on the share action and then allowed after-the-fact metadata manipulation as an afterthought. That afterthought is the missing star.

Don't understand how people can give this app a one star rating without ever using it. The app works as expected room for improvement and I put my email on the waitlist got to use a few weeks later. Get some patience you weak willed soup sandwiches.

Oversold "AI categorization", especially when competing against Pocket which ACTUALLY suggests relevant tags for a bookmark. Really not sure why this service exists.

Sorry Stash, you are not as good as Instapaper or Pocket. If you want to standout, you have to be better than your competition. If you believe you are better, then your message is definitely not. For me to even consider using this app, it has to have an in app article text parser so I don't have to wait for the full page to load in Safari or an in app browser.

It's like Pocket. But you pay for it and it does less. Get your uggs boots on bc this app is basic af. Signed, An old Premier member

I love Stash and became a premium user several months ago. A feature I'd be interested in seeing is having Stash entries show up in Spotlight. Would cut down time.

The description says it’s free, but the website says there is a cost of $3.00 per month
