This app is terrible. After your third run it will demand payment before providing youR stats. OK no big deal so I paid. I didn't use the app for over a week and when I did my fourth run it demanded payment again in order to see my stats. That's ridiculous plus I wasn't happy enough with the app to shell out more money. Also the voice to prompt you when to run was barely audible in the first three runs and completely absent on the 4th run. I did follow the instructions to fine tune the settings but it did not help. I will lit purchase another app from this company.

I really like that this App starts you running a bit more than the other ones. I was able to keep up but feel challenged.

The training is great! I appreciate the helpful prompting. My favorite part is being able to listen to my work out playlist at the same time. I've only used it twice and hope I'll continue to enjoy it.
