As above. Signed up with Sprint. Caller gets A fast busy signal. Added the app from the iTunes store with same results. Not happy.

If no stars were An option I'd rate this negative 5! I down loaded this free app 3 years ago , wasn't what I wanted so I deleted it. Fast forward to today , I notice I've been getting charged 2.99 every two weeks on my bank account with no explanation of the charge past an 800# , when calling the 800# it's an automated message , no option to talk to anyone . It took me going through through sprint to find out what I was being charged a reoccurring billing for , and we finally figured it out . They never said anything when getting this app that they would start billing three years later ! Stay away from this app !!!! They billed me 16 times !!!!! And at times it caused over draft Fees and there is no way to talk to someone to get it reimbursed or canceled ! Sprint had to block apps and down loads on my phone to prevent this from happening !!! Omg ! I'm so mad !!!!

I had this feature from the beginning from when it was released but horrible customer support led to it's demise. I just was told yesterday that Sprint no longer offers StarStarMe after spending over 8hours with Sprint Customer Support and Tech Support. I'm angry that nobody from Sprint could assist me until my last Sprint representative informed me the StarStarMe service was no longer available after spending an hour with her. I researched StarStarMe and discovered the company was taken over by another technology company.

Sprint sold a service (this application) which is no longer in service. They should refund the money to me. They should remove this application from the Apple store.
