Since I started working out and using this app I have lost about 90 pounds. Realy great the way you can create your own cross training routines or auto-generate one if you do not have the time. Highly recommended for anyone who needs a visual on how the exercise is done. Work out with a mirror so you can see yourself doing correctly or not. Would be great if the camera would record you and do a side by side so you can correct your form. But it works really wel!!!

Having a giff demonstration of each exercise is very helpful. Really like the QuickStart button for creating a variety of workouts. I wish there was an option to purchase access to all the exercises without having to subscribe to the monthly fee

Works really well with the purchase of the in app items they offer. You may need to separate your cardio time based exercises from your weight based exercises because when you start the program to exercise, it only allows you to do time or reps. However if you know how many reps and sets you want to do then you can leave it on the time and just make sure you complete your reps in the amount of time you specified in the beginning. Things it would be nice is the ability to have different users within the same app. If it does have that I have not figured it out how to do it yet. The Virtual Trainer app is free but they get you by only giving you a few free exercises in each category or purchasing a premium subscription or purchasing the in app exercise groups. Overall very nice and simple to use.

Strong workout app. Takes a bit of getting used to. Tough to use in the gym when you can't have all the equipment lined up and ready to go. But great if you can. And also good for suggestions when you're tired of the same old routine.

I love how I don't have to think about writing out my workout in the auto-generate function. I like how you can choose the equipment, but it would be even better if you could choose the equipment AND a focus (upper, lower, full body - or even getting granular with upper/back+bi, upper/chest+tri, lower/glutes, lower/quads). I saw the featured workouts but haven't done them yet. Seems like this will be a good app when I'm on the road and don't have access to a full gym.

I tried a 7 minute workout app which I loved but had to use another for kettlebell workouts I was doing. I love that I can combine both. Room for improvements include more customizable workout options. Still my favorite.
