This is a great app, got it when she was 2 and she loves all the little characters. Love that it has sign language and phonics too!

App was unresponsive. So, I deleted it thinking I could reinstall. Cost me an additional $2.99. Screen is black. App is useless and I want my money back.

Not working app

This app is not working and showing just a black screen once you've opened it. There is no guidance how to solve this issue. Don't bother buying it till the problem is solved.
I love the website but app doesn't work

This is my son's favorite website so I was excited to find the app. Unfortunately it only shows a black screen and does not work. I have uninstalled, reinstalled and restarted my iPad, no luck.

Paid $3 for this app. It worked for a week and now the opening screen comes up followed by an unending black screen. No sound. I uninstalled, reinstalled, reset the iPad, but no dice. It is between a 3 and 4 star app when it works. It is worth MAYBE $1 working. Not worth anything right now. I am mad I way overpaid for this garbage.

Tried deleting the app and re-installing. All I get is a black screen. Used to work but not anymore.

I have full version for computer and grandkids love it but they are extremely disappointed that iPad app is so limited. iPad App needs to be updated to provide more to do. Using to teach a 4yr old and a 7yr old. If you own the program you should be able to have full version on iPad.

My son is 2.5 and really likes this app. He is learning his letter sounds through play. HOWEVER, he is 2.5, and when the app decides to stop working, we have a fit in our heads! Ha. The app now opens to a black screen and stays like that. It used to get stuck on just repeating a letter. We like this app, but it has a lot of bugs right now.
