I bought two $5 gem packs and four $1 money packs, i let my phone charge for a bit and when i got back on, ALL of it was gone! Also, it keeps making me restart my level. I sent an Email to GLU and they have done NOTHING.

There is always a crash when you close the game, it will automatically takes you back to where you already completed and restarts your things
Realtor? Too many bugs

There’s a bug in the game. The realtor isn’t there! Please fix this. I don’t really want my character to be famous and still live in that gross apartment. I know you probably don’t read reviews. But please DON’T ignore this problem. Otherwise I like this game, when I’ve played it in the past the realtor was there. And I can’t even by pets besides a goldfish because they aren’t allowed in that apartment. It’s very annoying. I know I’m being rude but your ignoring problems in your games. The Britany Spears game crashes and so does the Nikki Minaj one. This doesn’t have the realtor in it which annoys me. You guys really, really, really need to start working on this. Please everyone wants these to be fixed and it seems like your ignoring us. Thank you if you read my review and are fixing this. Sorry for being harsh.

My sister and I were very excited to find out that we both could play this game. But there are a couple things that are bugging me, first thing is I was away at camp for a week and I couldn’t bring my phone with me. But after a week of inactivity my “boyfriend” wanted to break up with me. I had no stars left from charming people or objectives and I was not able to do anything. Number two is I wish the game was more fast-paced. I only have one objective right now and it is to date someone d list or higher well guess what, every time I try I never have any stars ⭐️ it gets quite frustrating. I’m sorry for bothering you with non edited writing, but please take my suggestions to mind when making updates. I will keep the app for now but if things get worse I might not... thank you for reading this. ??

A bad version of Kim Kardashian Hollywood. Full of bugs can’t leave scenes, realtor doesn’t show up stuck with no jobs etc. very annoying. Like Kim Kardashian it has a star that hates you no matter what it has long waits for energy to refill and has long hour to eight hour long jobs however lacks the storyline or perks so you lose interest.

Getting money is kinda hard at this point. For some of my quests I need money to do stuff, but I have to wait a long time to be able to any movies. Another problem is the homes. I want to buy a new one, but nobody is there for you to talk to. This isn’t as much of a big deal, but everything that costs stars is SO expensive, and it takes forever to get stars by just leveling up. I’m not able to buy stars because I’m young, but still. Another problem is not playing the game. I have a social life. I can’t waste all my time playing this game. I was gone for about a week. I lost 3,000,000 followers because of that! I can’t be on this everyday because I do other stuff! This needs to be fixed
Glitches will never be fixed

I got really into this game and spent money only to find out there is a glitch where the realtor won’t show up and since the game is older the company won’t fix it. Don’t waste your money on this game. It is super fun but I put money into a glitchy game and the company did not disclose this or refund the money. Seems unethical to me. If you look at the newer reviews (for some reason only older reviews when the game actually worked popped up for me...) you’ll see that everyone is having the same problem.
