Please fix the issues ! The color hair, eyes etc are not working. You can’t put any makeup on etc. it’s not worth paying for. It doesn’t work on iPads and iPhones

This is the third time I’ve tried to look at a video for my diamonds and it pops up saying “couldn’t collect your reward. Try again at the diamond store. Error code 152.” Thats 30 diamonds gone. And I wanted those. Please fix this mistake!

There’s a constant option to watch these crap ads for coins, or diamonds... and every time you do, it tells you there’s an error and you just don’t ever get them. There really isn’t much to this game. I thought it would be fun, like star doll was back in 2010. Guess it just isn’t though. Crappy clothing choices that aren’t up to date with the fashion. There are some competitions but like I said, you hardly get the rewards it says you will for competing. Plus the competitions won’t work if you aren’t constantly spending your diamonds/coins for new clothes. It’s kind of a scam really.

This is a great game! I love it!! There’s just one thing that is very frustrating. It is almost impossible to get diamonds. I have so many coins but all of the higher level stores sell stuff for diamonds now. When I vote for the different models it skips giving me my reward, and when I try to watch a video for diamonds, it says that it failed to give me my reward. I can’t afford anything in the new stores anymore.

Fix the screen for smaller iPhones

I can’t see half the screen and I guess it’s because my iPhone is smaller but I have an IPhone X and it makes it hard because I have no idea how many coins I have and can’t swipe anything on the bottom.

i've been playing this game on and off for years now, and i've loved it. but it really isn't compatible with the iphone x. i cannot see how many coins i have and i also have trouble touching and moving the options and the bottom of the screen.

Amazing game I have not had it for a long time but it is so fun the won thing it shows u on the preview u can change the hair color on both sides it will not even let me change the hair color.

I enjoy this game immensely, however, there is one problem I have with it. It gives you the option to change how you look, but when you try to scroll over for more options (like to shoes in the wardrobe, or different selections of how you want your eyeshadow) it won’t let me. One time I was able to get sparkly eyeshadow, but I cannot, for the life of me, get to mascara or sparkles or anything. This is rather annoying and when you’re trying to compete in the beauty section of the runway it is hard. I’ve gotten it to do it once since writing this, and only made it to mascara before not being able to scroll for anymore options. That’s the one thing I have a complaint about. The outfits are fun, cute, and exciting. You get to compete against others and enter your own looks or style other players looks. I would also recommend you be able to change the makeup and hair of other players looks for challenges you do. Overall, it’s a fun and addictive game. I would give five stars if it weren’t for the glitch that I seem to have trouble fixing.

Love the game but not the issues... I’ve never had a problem with this game til yesterday it started to really flake out and it’s sad cause I pretty much play this game all day lol.

Thank you getting rid of “Fans.” It was really hard to keep it high and I would lose soo much after 1 or 2 days. I love the new interface. Very eye catching and neat. Straightforward too. I love the new Covergirl Beauty contest ! Good implementation of that. Things you should add or fix: - Allow us to change our user names for free for the first time (then diamonds after) or one time only. - I don’t receive notifications. Please add push notification so that I always come back to the app. - Please allow us to know when our friends were last online. I had to delete a lot of people at one point because they haven’t been playing since the game launched. Please consider adding this feature so that we can play with active people.
