Great app and game, However…

Used to play this game on an older phone, and older app version. I’ve taken a break for a while, upgraded my phone and the app, and now the app is glitching, and completely unable to be used. It is a shame that there is no direct line to helpdesk or support to solve this issues. ? too bad. I loved it and so did my daughter. Hopefully someone at tech support can see this message and update the app. I don’t think it’s phone related but rather iOS related and it looks like at the time of this writing the last app update was around 9 months ago!!!

App needs update to work with newest IOS. App developers unfortunately don’t care or respond. Won’t purchase Lenovo again.

Just bought but there is no new update for iOS 14 or 15, so I can not play it all. Please update, so our kids can use their gift and enjoy the experience. Please update!!! Only works on iOS 13 and lower!

I’ve bought a lot of useless stuff in my life but this thing takes the win for dumbest buy. I dont recommend at all. The app glitches and closes all the time. The saber loses sync all the time. If I could get my money back I would but the headset and saber are currently in the garbage where they belong.

I loved this game at first, but when I got my new phone the app didn’t let play the game. Hopefully there is an update soon or I just can’t play the game anymore.

Lenovo abandoned this product quickly and left customers with a worthless product. They stopped updating long ago so the app doesn’t work with most modern phones and OS.
