Game is rampant with apk hacks and other cheats. The developers allow cheats and abusive bullying by “shard” opponents. This isn’t an exaggeration, a simple google search will show that they allowed a cheat to exist for over a year in the pvp part of the game and only addressed it because YouTube videos starting popping up. Currently there are at least three hacks I am aware of and I’m a nobody. Just think what actual top end players know and use. The game is a pure cash grab with almost no content outside of cheat arena. Edited to add- more cheats have become known due to YouTube so now it has become even more prevalent. And I want to add, I filed a ticket to customer service of ea over an issue and I received a stock form letter that had nothing to do with my issue. I responded saying that this letter has no bearing on anything and i still had the issue. As of writing this, I have now received that same stock form letter over a hundred times. Every day I receive it and I reply that this is useless but they just keep sending the same message over and over. No one cares at ea/cg about anything but how much money they have. Recycling content and very little to do. What they spend the millions on... who knows, Anthem?

I’ve been playing for almost 3 years now. Starting out it’s great but over time they’re slowly pushing the f2p base out of existence. It’s not capital games fault it’s EA I know this but it’s why the game is dying.

This game could be great! BUT they have no interest in fixing issues like their faulty power rankings, or balancing characters and teams. It is not even fun! The only reason I play is because the other Star Wars games are terrible and I am a Star Wars Junkie. Just fix your game!

Apk hack & cheating has been ongoing for years. A content creator posted a video that exposed the cheating to a community that was mostly blissfully unaware and was immediately banned. Furthmore the company has fairly heavily censored my respectful yet firm complaints of ongoing years of cheating that has not been acceptably addressed by the devs. For that sole reason I am giving it a 1 star rating until they reverse course and start fixing the problems: 1. Banning whistleblowers 2. Censoring their forum from constructive criticism 3. Address cheaters/hacks in an acceptable way.

People now cheat in the most popular game mode. And they refused to fix it or show urgency. Last thing… Developers do not like free to play players—no joke. See reddit.

We all love Star Wars. This is fun but will take more of your time than you know. And once you’ve made it far enough to be moderately successful, you’ll never quit because you’ve put so much time into it. The “random” rewards you get are bogus and take forever to earn anything. Ppl actually pay hundreds of dollars to stay on top with the latest and greatest. It’s just like Battlefront II. It’s too late for me, but save yourself...

The game itself is fun, the Devs however....

The absolute biggest problem with this game is the Devs who make it, and basically go against their player base, lie to them, and go back on their own words. They change things that “didn’t pan out the way they wished” (basically they didn’t make enough money from it OR they didn’t test their own product enough and let the players do the testing). The money is literally ALWAYS their biggest draw. I understand this is a company, and their out to make money. I’m all for Capitalism. But it’s another thing to completely screw over your player base, multiple times, with no remorse. The game also has a severe lack of things to do on a daily basis. Oh, you have an event today......of which you can sim every battle and literally not play at all. Yeah, that’s fun...... They also release characters literally just as a massive cash grab. Here’s looking at you, Revans and Malak. The game itself is fun as all get out, especially for anyone who is a Star Wars junkie. But for me, the greed of the Devs really kills the nostalgia for me. Consider quitting everyday, just Iike my real life job. This is supposed to take my mind off those things, not reinforce it.

It’s a good game except that I can’t change my name because it doesn’t have that small pencil by it and I can’t use guild chat because there is no icon to tap those are what’s keeping my rating from 5 star if they fix that then it’s a Guaranteed Five Star

I have played since launch. Cheating is a huge problem and I honestly won’t spend another cent until it is addressed.

Stop the cheating.
