Free play is ok but you need to pay to play to get anything accomplished. They make it impossible to win anything once you get to level 60. You face people who have the same characters with way less power and they somehow beat you

I’ve been playing this game since it was released. The game started out great, but very rapidly turned into the “pay to win” type. If you are not prepared to spend money, don’t bother. You will get some characters sure, but you will never be able to compete with the people that pay to win. I am max level, have some of what were the best characters in the game, & I cannot even compete because you have to spend money to get the newest characters, whom are ALL better than what you will have. My recommendation, play the game to max level, never spend a dime, then drop it.

I play this game everyday and it still remains fun. They continue to update and release new characters and events regularly. Super fun!
