Konami and Disney, the evil masterminds

The people of the community of this game have come to the conclusion that Konami is shutting down this game due to Disney being greedy and not wanting to share rights with certain developers. That being said, Disney is not the only entity at fault here. Konami is ripping off those that bought crystals (in game currency) and were denying refunds for those that spent thousands. In this process Konami breaches developer agreements and are now being forced to follow through with refunds. For anyone that has spent money on crystals I would suggest keeping any screenshots of emails and purchase history all the way from December until the closure announcement. Hopefully this will help any of you that are reading this and put money into the game. I’ve been playing since the start and the closure is very unfortunate.

I have played this game since the first day it opened, And I can’t tell you how it impacted me when I saw that it was closing. First it was Upsetting then I started to cry which is stupid because it’s a game but this is more then just a game for me, This is one of the joys of life. I’ve been trying often off and on for the past year and a half to recover my player ID and password so that I could continue enjoying the game because I’ve spent over $100 on the game. Needless to say no one from Konami ever contacted me or responded to any of the multiple tickets that I submitted through the app itself or the customer service website. Now I regret spending all that money on it. Best thing to do is not play games from Konami if that’s how they’re going to treat their customers.

You said since the game was made in 2013.Ok does it matter? Well if you decide to change your mind and not closing it my game does not work on my tablet/ipaid and my software updates are updated. Please read pond if you change your mind. Hope you do but this game was my fav no kidding.

No Konami support help

Got a new phone and was just needing my password and Konami will not provide me with a new one, since game is shutting down. Had great friends and wonderful time collecting the cards, but support is horrible. I understand w/the game shutting down, that there is no real need to help anyone any more. Would have been nice to be there to to end.

This is by far the best game out there! Great community as well. Thanks for all the great memories. Konami you betrayed us all by just stopping the game like this! The gamer community has a long memory and we will not forget how you dealt with us. MTFBWY Star Wars community

Saddening

This is one of my favorite games. I have spent countless hours playing it and now to see it is shutting down is just depressing. I don't want this game to go down.
