Great game, lots of depth!

Upset about village swap

I don't often write good reviews - either a game is good and it gets lots of good comments or it doesn't. But I am making an exception in this case. This is a good game - tons of technology developments to research, extensive development potential of your planets, all kinds of ship design possibilities, etc. Also, the player's "race" is broken into three factions (which you can choose in the full version) - all of which have their own special bonuses. But the political infighting among your factions brings a whole new level to the "develop and conquer" genre. Don't take my word for it - try the free version and then purchase the full version after you have experienced it! My only real complaint is that the game can "drag" at the end. It would be nice if the developers would add a "mercy" ending whereby you have the option of accepting victory when you control a certain percentage of the galaxy and perhaps also have a certain advantage in number/technology level of existing ships. It would also be nice if there were a random map generator, but there are enough pre-set maps to keep a person entertained for years. I look forward to future updates of this game!

Amazing update!

If you love 4x games and developers that continually improve their software, look no further! This is the only 4x game on iOS that can possibly dethrone Starbase Orion. I love it!

A fun, "old school" space game

AtlasShrugged1776

This is a fun update to turn-based strategy games of yesteryear. In it, you colonize, build, explore technologies, and prepare for war. Think of it as Civilization for space. So far, I am enjoying it. Some actions seem a bit clunky, but overall, it's worth it.

Not bad

Lion of August

Like a lot of this game. Would like to see a way to give movement commands to a group of ships. I spent a lot if my time creating carrier battle groups that were very tedious to deploy.

Another amazing game!

PKDALY

These guys make some of the best designed games. I own and play all of them. Easily worth twice as much as I paid.

Good 4X game!

Eriptron

Update: Found some more issues. Quit game doesn't. It appears to just to put it in the background. Some map dialog/labels overwrite themselves making it impossible to read them. I also am seeing Advisor dialog to explore an anomaly, to select Explorer training. Where, how? Ok, this is starting to detract from the game play. I'll shelve the game for now and wait until an update comes out. Back to XCOM: Enemy Within. --- I'm still playing around learning the game. One complaint that I have is that the "in game" help isn't. I get an error saying that it cannot connect to the database. When I try to go to there web site, I get the same error! In game help needs to be just that...IN THE game and not linking to a web site. That needs to be redesigned. They also should put the manual in PDF file. I like what I see so far though.

Good

I suggest that you change the borders to a smooth line instead of squares, but it is my new favorite game

Awesome game

Kaistern

I have always loved 4X games but this one actually surprised me. This is the first 4X game i have ever played that truly added a new aspect to the genre.

Keeps getting better with each update

Chappy72

There are several details that make this game unique in the 4X genre. The updates keep making it better and better. It's on it's way to being my favorite 4X game. I like the art pack AIP. I'm happy to support the Devs this way. Keep up the good work!

Commandant of an Armada.

Trololololol I get 1000

If galactic expansion and the complete destruction of the Xeno scourge are your thing, than I will make this brief. A fully loaded 4X title that pits your strategy against the alien hordes. *do you bombard them from orbit or land the ground troops? Is one of the many questions you'll find yourself asking as you blast your way through the ranks of the alien hierarchy. Ps. I may sound like a shill, but 100% am not.
