Oh noooooo!!!! Why is my favorite game crashing??? I even deleted it and reinstalled it too help!!! Still crashes??

I do enjoy the game...the only problem I have is that after so long you can't reload your gun or anything else because it says you are maxed out...it doesn't reload when you begin a new game or anything like that...
