I have tried multiple apps (both on PC and iPhone) and this one is the best of the bunch. A perfect example of simple is best. Highly recommended. And a great virtual stocking stuffer for coworkers, friends and family.
Wish I wouldn't have purchased

After getting the app I wasn't impressed. Where's the refund button? Just set your phone timer, it does the same thing. Nothing special but a timer.

Live this app and the way it very simply nags me to stand. My only suggestion would be to allow to set timing for both sit and stand.

I would give this 5 stars if it would reset the timer if I stand up before the alarm goes off. With movement detection, that would be a great enhancement! Thanks

Not too complicated, just a notice to stand up. Adjustable to what you want including time between stands and alerts if they don't hear from you. It's perfect.

I recently had hip replacement surgery. During my recovery I need to be sure to stand every 30 minutes. This app is so helpful and is simple to use. I can concentrate on other things rather than watching the clock all the time. Thanks for a great app!
