It is in Chinese No matter how many times I deleted it and reinstall it. What a junk that there is no setting. Downloading a app from US app store showing me price in Chinese money. I can't even switch back to US dollar price. There is no freaking setting！Should have learn how stock X work！What a junk！

Before three days I order a shoe from this app and in the same day after maybe just 6 hours I sent them an email to cancel my order and no one replied on my email. I sent them another email yesterday and no replied also. Then, they just replied one me today saying that the shoe already shipped and they can not cancel my order hence there will be no refund. What a bad service this is my first and last time to deal with them.

I had an issue with the app when trying to purchase a pair of shoes. The app notified me when I tried to purchase them that something went wrong with my purchase, so I did it again & it said the same thing. I forced closed the app & reopened it & went to “my orders” to make sure they hadn’t gone through. The shoes were there as two separate orders so I was going to be charged for both. I notified customer support & they replied in less than 24hrs. They’re canceling the second order & refunding me my money. I was freaking out over it bc they’re expensive shoes & I saw on their webpage that you can’t cancel orders. I was very worried over this, but the individual who took care of my e-mail was very friendly & put me at ease!
