Just downloaded app and can't even create an account. Says server error so that is not a good sign!!

This is a pretty cool app! Especially since it's not set up as a boring to-do list, but more like social media with the family feed and so my kids actually read/do things...great concept!

This is by far the most well-rounded family app out there. However... there is a significant amount of lag when selections load. In addition, there is no way to edit messages and lists after they are posted or sent to a user's account. Also, Apple users cannot receive SMS notifications and there is much room for improvement in calendar integration.
Disappointed by lack of support

Loved it, but now am unable to access the app anymore. Password reset doesn't work. And no response from support.

Company no longer exists. Offers no support. If you need to change a password you'll be locked out of your account and lose all your appointments. Otherwise the app works great. If you don't mind the risk, then give it a try.
