So I’ve had this application on my phone for a long time now and I recently noticed a charge on my credit card for a year’s subscription of this application without my consent!!! THEY BILLED MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY CONSENT.

I accidentally purchased this app (neat idea, but I could’ve accomplished cropping w/other free apps) since that 1st cropped photo I’ve never been able to save 1 since! Namely, when you double tap to edit text (per their on-screen directions) the whole app closes. I believe I’m due a refund.

I use this for memes, profile pictures, & just a general photo editor. It’s great I recommend this app for everyone!

When I open the app it doesn’t give me access to all my photos only 2 random photos
Don’t download. They ruined it.

I paid the $4.99 to unlock all features because all future updates would be “FREE”. Well, that was a BIG LIE!!! Now I have to subscribe. If I try to use a feature that I had paid for with the $4.99 the app crashes before getting a message saying subscription failed.

I got the free trial to try out the premium features. I looked for a way to cancel the subscription and I CANNOT find a way. So then I deleted the app to try and get rid of the subscription. I thought it worked because when I redownloaded it, it didn’t let me use the premium features, but it apparently still charged my account even though there is no way to cancel it on the app.
Wouldn’t let me try it...?

I got this to make a video square for Instagram but every time I tried to upload it it would try to sell me upgrades and “great exclusive deals” when I would reject them a pop up would say “subscription unavailable” and wouldn’t let me do anything. Even with pictures it would do that 10/10 don’t recommend if you actually wanna use the app?
