I have a lot of photos and it won’t let me edit one of them do NOT download this app

I upgraded on this app awhile ago to be able to only remove the water mark it was like $3 or something and up until recently it worked wonderfully. Now I try to remove it it says start 7 day free trial and I even go to start the “free trial” and it says error. Either fix your app or upgrade me because this is ridiculous.

I have not been able to use the app because it crashes every time I open it. I paid my money for the premium upgrade and it is useless. Not fixed and no refund.

Where are my photos?

The app doesn’t seem to have access to half of my photo gallery.. so it’s pretty much useless.

I can’t get to my photos

I try reinstalling it and it still doesn’t work I can’t access any recent photos I can only access ones that are old and it’s random this App needs a lot of bugs fixing

Crashes

The app crashes constantly on IPhone X. Unable to use. Tried restarting, uninstalling and reinstalling, I have about 200Gb of memory left in the phone. Please fix.

Does not restore my purchases. Keeps crashing. It keeps forgetting that I purchased the full version & wont update.
