Use to love this app. Now when I open it. It gets stuck on a ad and I can’t do anything. I’ve restarted the app many times. Even deleted & re download it

This was working fine for a month, but then whenever I opened the app I couldn’t use it because the same ad kept popping up that wouldn’t let me do anything.
