I can't change an appointment in a series. I have to delete it and rebook it as a single appointment. I wish it was compatible with my iPhone so I could use Siri to set appointments and check appointments. It duplicates my clients.

So far it’s ok . But I have different schedules each week . I can’t set a time different each day for a month .Right now only a week of repeat and it can only be set the same schedule . So I can’t let my clients book it by themselves because I don’t have the same schedule working days . So each week is different times I can work . I really hope they fix that . It would make my life so much easier. So I can set the schedule out a month and be able to let my clients book themselves.

Works extremely well ... once you figure it out. The learning curve is steep and if your business is small, it may be more than you need. Some decisions were made early on that cause some baffling results, but they seem to be baked in and unchangeable. That being said, the point-of-sale and appointment software is very professional, tailorable, and error free. Any booking mistakes were always my fault, not the system's. I'm pleased, even though it's really more system than I needed. I hope to grow into it.

This app is perfect for my small business.. since using this app for about 3 months I have only had 1 no show.. My clients love the reminders that they get.. super easy to use and very helpful..
