Glitches in app

Great concept and kids love it. However, we are growing increasingly frustrated with the app. It keeps kicking my son off and won't allow him to log back in. When he enters his password nothing happens or we get an error message. Only way we've been able to get him back in is if he changes his password on our computer and then logs back in. It's getting tedious to keep changing passwords.
Circle filter blocks app login

After much frustration we figured out that our Circle (device that we use to filter content and set limits on kid screen time) was blocking the Sqord app from logging in. If you run into this problem and have a circle, your child's filter needs to be on "teen," not "kid."

This is awesome! Keeps my kids active and competitive. Love the challenges and gives my kids a fun and simple way to be healthy. Also cool to see the Fitbit integration. Now my wife and I can compete against our kids.

My kids love it. Gets them wanting to move and compete with friends. The Sqord power pod u have to buy separately is perfect for my kids. No recharging, waterproof, etc. My daughter loves the pink Sqord and competing with her friends using the app.

If your friends or group members showed in the app so you could challenge them, give them "high 5", or squawks, it would be 5 stars?! Having to go to the web page is an unexpected hassle?
