Terrible customer service
The truth and nothing but.
Emailed app support several times asking how to reset password as I forgot the one I put in and didn’t even get one response.
I want a refund immediately.

At first time maybe i don't know how to use . At first i use is try to record video but my phone screen totally black out all and i try to use fingers to touch the screen but nothing changes. I don't know why have no option to go back main menu. And the problem i report to app developers by email after send email in one second gmail team send me email tell about i use out line from gmail but i didn't , so I think this app is scams. Should be Apple App Store close this app.

I literally had the app for a day. And it doesn't work it froze and doesn't do anything. I want my money back and I will never use this app or effort to anyone ever.
Cam feature doesn't work

You can't exit the cam with the double tap. Must force quit it. Also most importantly the shortest duration for it to take photos is a preset ten seconds, an eternity. If you could customize this to burst AND the failure to quit bug was fixed it would be okay for the spy cam feature.
