The Sprint Drive is great. No complaints with the overall quality it offers. But, i do wish Sprint would fix the Idle notifications. Our SD is plugged into our Diesel F450, with the idle notification turned off but i still get notified every 10 mins that’s the truck is idling outside when it is turned off. My current notification stares the truck has been idling for 596 minutes, but it’s turned off. Please fix the idle settings.

My sprint drive worked great out of the box and when I first started using it, since the last update, the “alerts” or diagnostics feature has been VERY BUGGY and jumps around to different codes and doesn’t pull up the information for the code you tap. Hoping this gets fixed soon, as this is my #1 reason for having put this device on my account. Cheapest diagnostic tool on the market, with mechanical help if you need it, roadside service and a hotspot for my daughter’s tablet when she HAS to watch YouTube in her car seat. I work for and sell this product for sprint, but it’s hard to show off when the diagnostics aren’t working correctly. (Lots of DIY folks here in WV) Great product! Just please fix the alerts in the next update?

It needs to be easier to transfer between multiple vehicles. It should not be necessary to delete a vehicle before adding another.

I can track movement in real time. It’s perfect for my teens. I can see speed and gas usage. The one drawback is when I say I’m already “on the road” everyone can clearly see still at home.

I had a check engine light on in my corvette while I was paying my Sprint bill I purchased a idrive. It told me what the problem was Running lean bank 1 so I googled the issue.i ended up removing my air filter mass air and cleaned and tightened everything up Bingo the check engine lights been off for good. Can’t beat the price $10.00 a month it would have cost me $$$$$ if I took it to a corvette repair shop. Thanks sprint and God bless
