Horrible user experience. Desktop use is fine, but using the app for anything that the software is designed for (monitoring, posting etc.) is useless.

Easy to use but Where's the reply arrow indicators? Using this app for two weeks and only once did the reply indicator show up. Have to keep checking notifications to make sure not to reply twice to the same post. Definite drawback.
Great App But Need An iPad Pro Version

App's navigation is horrible. Functionality is way too limited with too many glitches. Upset my organization is using Sprinklr.. Will be looking elsewhere when the contract is up.
Poor excuse for an app

Crashes everytime. Had it since it came out. I try every month or so. Updates do t work either. It absolutely does not work
