I am currently using this app not by choice but because we have to. It is horrible. I constantly have to authenticate it with my google account to sync with my calendar. It’s frustrating. The layout is not clear or concise. The app has a bug where the loading icon is still appearing in the middle of the screen when I’m trying to do other things. Please update this app and debug.

Echoing what everyone else said: this app is somehow the slowest, ugliest, least intuitive and nearly useless thing imaginable. Just wow... and developers replying asking for screenshots of other better-looking apps? What an absolute joke. Ugh.

Where do I start? Garbage UI made by people that have apparently never used an iPhone before. It reloads after every. Single. Thing. You. Do. Oh, “keep me signed in”, Ha! Those words mean nothing, it will require you to sign in every single time, as well. Please, for the love of god, hire someone that knows how to program apps, because right now you have no one that can do it, apparently.

This app is just awful. I hate that my restaurant uses it. Every time it updates I have to completely re-sign in and reset my password every...single...time. 2 or 3 failed tries and you are blocked. For what security purpose? My phone is already protected and now this? Very frustrating. Also, every time I go to look at another app like my calendar or email to coordinate dates it takes me back to the dolce clock home screen and I have to start all over again. Also, the calendar sync only works one week at a time. You should be able to sync with google calendar once like other apps. Not every single week! So much wrong with this app. I’m pushing for my restaurant to get something else.

Not too bad for someone’s 8th grade programming project. Terrible interface, glitchy, and hard to navigate.

The app would work better if when you scrolled to another app (for example my calender) to correlate when you work your shifts, & then you go back to dolce, it brings up a loading bar and then brings you back to the homepage (not where I left off). Why does it have to reload the app every time you click on it? Why can’t it just bring you back to where you left off? I don’t understand why this problem can’t be fixed on the app. It makes it very frustrating that it when I click back on the app two seconds later it first gives me a loading bar that takes 5 seconds and then takes me to the homepage that serves no purpose. It just has a bunch of check marks. Why can it not take you exactly where you left off like a normal app and not have to “load”. This feels like I am using the internet 10 years ago. Please fix this problem... it literally has a loading bar just going to different categories, making the app frustrating and not effortless.
