In app purchases will not restore

I could not restore my in app purchases from when I previously played the game because it crashed every time I tried. I paid for hints this time and when I had to restart the app because the audio stopped working all of my progress and in app purchases disappeared.

Okay so I absolutely love this game. I’m OBSESSED with it. But it’s made me restart my progress several times and starts me back at the first level. This last time I was really far and just got reset again. Please fix this ?
Lost progress / puzzles broken

I really enjoyed this app until the most recent update erased all of my levels. I emailed the developer with no response. Boo. I figured I'd just restart from the beginning but now I'm on Chapter 6 and after I called the security number, the painting safe puzzle doesn't even appear for me. I know it's the correct way bc I've played it before and I've checked walkthrus. Literally the painting just stays there instead of changing into the safe where the puzzle pieces fit. Previously that puzzle crashed the game anyway so maybe I'll just have to delete and not come back again. What a bummer.
Impossible to beat

Chapter 3, Crow's Nest is impossible on my iPad. I cannot see the bottom row of buttons on the phone in the office. I cannot enter any codes into the phone. Sadly I must give this a 1 star until it is fixed. Maybe it works on phone screens, but on my iPad it cannot be solved.

Cuando más estoy envuelta la pantalla se torna negra. Tengo que apagar el iPad y volver a prender. Me resulta desesperante.

I was enjoying the game until I got to the 3rd level challenge and did the pieces puzzle and the ad is defective and won’t let me move on. Every time I try to go pass it, it closes out the game and makes me do it again so I’m deleting the game.
Crashes after every solve

I have had to reset my ipad after every solve. On the maze puzzle I’m on now, I have solved it, but I can’t go any further. An ad pops up, when I touch it, I’m back to my home screen. I’ve frustratingly been able to reset and go back to the same puzzle in the past and it will move on. This time it will not solve and move on. Goes to an ad, I touch it, crashes to home screen. Tried to connect with support before writing this, but says page is no longer available.

If I could give this game a NEGATIVE star rating I would. Do NOT play this with an iPad. A few times I knew I had completed a scene and the game wouldn’t progress only to find out that some items were not visible (on right edge of screen) on an iPad. This is due to the Menu Bar being too wide. Either make the bar narrower or give the option of minimizing it LIKE THE OTHER BETTER GAMES OUT THERE! Also one puzzle I did correctly only to be taken to an Apple Music ad. When you touched the screen the game would crash! After doing it several times, I noticed a very very tiny “No Thanks” at the bottom right of the screen that was purposely blended in with the background making it almost impossible to see. The developers need to address this...but am sure they won’t. Stay away!
