I bought their Spotcam Ring 2. It’s more expensive than the real Ring products and they tricked me to think they are the Ring in Taiwan. TBH, it not marketing, it’s lying. Back to the app. It’s horrible. It’s slow, buggy, not user friendly, and not really usable for daily use. It’s just a security camera on a doorbell, not really an interactive doorbell camera. The app is not interactive AT ALL. Not to mention the GUI was not professionally designed and the characters are very difficult to see.
