The app works literally less than half the time, and instead of getting better it’s gotten a lot worse
I want to like it but it won’t give me a chance.

I saw this app and I wanted to try it out because it’s the only app that allow under 18. I made an account and started swiping, but once I closed the app, I was unable to get back into the app. Every time I try to login, it gives me an error saying it can’t retrieve my information. When I tried resetting my password, I put in my email and it said my email wasn’t associated with the app. I then tried making a new account with the same email, but then it said my email was already associated with the app and an account has already been made. I thought I might’ve not given it enough time to process so I tried making a new account with a new email and it did literally the exact same thing. I tried going to tech support and they manually reset my password on both accounts, but neither of them worked even though the support said they were able to get access to my account. I tried giving this app a chance, but the app didn’t allow me to give it one. Would not recommend until they can solve this issue.

An app for teens to meet up... even younger than eighteen. Why is this allowed on the App Store?

Didn't even get a chance to use the app. Said it was under maintenance for 12hours and didn't show any chance of changing. So I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it. Didn't work. So I contacted their support team told me to uninstall and reinstall it. Told them I already did that and they replied again saying the same thing. So it was an automated reply which means I didn't get any support at all. This app and the people who created it are a joke! **UPDATE** Message to developers your app still doesn’t work still a joke I won’t ever recommend or use this app.

I suggest that there should be a feature on spotafriend that tells how long ago someone was last active on the app! And also a feature that tells when someone reads a message.

It’s a good idea and I’m all for new friends. My problem there is no option for unspecified gender, and if you put yourself as a girl all that comes up is boys. I thought this was meant to be for friendship?!? Picking between girl or boy is quite stressful for me and for other non-binary folks out there. You’re aiming towards teenagers, so you should know how there are so many teenagers becoming comfortable with LGBT identities. If you change this and make it even more geared towards friendship it’ll be wonderful.
