They charged me $9.99 when I’m not even subscribed haven’t been for a long time. And there website or mobile app doesn’t seem to even have the option to cancel the membership. Extremely sketchy. I even emailed them since that was the only other thing I could think of and they didn’t even respond. Anyone figure out to cancel memberships?

BEWARE of BILLING Nowhere to Cancel Billing In the App or Website This app keeps billing my card and I can’t see any options in the app to stop the billing? The bill doesn’t show up under my subscriptions on my iPhone or in my iTunes but continues to bill me $24. ?

DO NOT use this app. They keep charging my card even though I have cancelled and have email confirmation of the cancellation. I have to keep disputing the charges.

If you sign up for sports line be sure to cancel your subscription well before your expiration date as they won’t give you a refund after the fact. Their service is super cheap and yet isn’t even worth the super low price they are charging. Pick rates for their “experts” are hidden and not transparent. If you were to track them over time they are often sub 500 which is laughable. You also can’t cancel your sub through your account, you have to call or email them. It’s just another example of a poor ux.

The experts stink. I’ve been communicating for 7 months now trying to cancel, and they just can’t seem to make it happen. It’s kind of amazing such a big platform would allow such a bad product.

This is a great all around app. For paid members the service offers great advice. The computer simulations are very accurate. I would certainly recommend that people try this subscription out. It is also very easy to cancel the service, they respond to emails very accordingly.
