When ever I swipe it burns my fingers but when ever I tap it doesn't go fast for weight lifting

When you doing the speed track you need to press two button but if you press it to fast it can't keep track i press if over and over and over really fast but it's not picking up look if your ganna make a game that has a lot of button mashing your game game will need to pick it up if your game can't do that it's a problem ??
