i’ve used the app for a while and recently went back on and now i can’t make calls? it doesn’t let me press on the call button when i enter in a phone number

Avoid at all costs! Once you give them a credit card number, there is no way to cancel the service. I should’ve looked more closely in the app before I gave them my card number. I build my own computers and so am very tech savvy but... they do not give you any function on the app to cancel service and their phone number goes to an unknown mailbox. No matter how many messages or emails you give them, they do not respond. Sadly have had to cancel my credit card and redo ALL of my automated monthly charges on that credit card with a new card because of one simple merchant… These folks at SpoofCard who have scammed me. I tried to put a block on them with my credit card over a year ago, and I only check my statements once a year when I do taxes... so I thought I was good and didn’t have to worry about it because my credit card company said they put a block on it. Somehow they got around it and have been charging me every month for the last year without my permission... sometimes multiple times per month. I haven’t used the app in two years and have hundreds of credits built up that I have no use for, and sadly I am out almost $200 over the last two years that they were not supposed to be charging me. Sometimes they have charged me two or three times a month without my permission. This is absolutely absurd. I am going to report them to the Better Business Bureau and have my law firm send them a cease-and-desist letter demanding a refund. Note to SpoofCard folks – if you don’t reach out to me here and give me a way to get my money back before you receive the letter, I am happy to waste all of our time bringing you to court. I will spend thousands of dollars taking you to court because this is a app I used for my business so it is a write-off expense. It’s about the principle. -D UPDATE:I have sent you multiple emails through the email listed in the app for the specific purpose. You have yet to reply. Your response to my review just shows that you’re trying to pretend in front of the public that you care. But you have yet to reply to my emails to assist me in getting my credit card removed from your records nor to get a refund either. So you are obviously a scam artists just pretending to do one thing and doing another. No one has replied to any of my requests to get help from you. You are stealing my money without my permission. Now that I have records of following protocol to get the credit card removed and to ask for help in doing so, your failure to do so it’s a breach of the contract. You are now liable for damages. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD... THEY WILL NEVER STOP CHARGING IT AND YOU WILL BE FORCED TO CANCEL YOUR CREDIT CARD!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

This app could be so awesome, I have had some real fun with this app and I have no problem paying for credits. But when the call doesn’t go through and I still get charged my credits...that’s really dirty. I feel scammed when I pay for credits and then lose them with out even getting to use the service I have paid for. I can’t and won’t spend another dollar on something that’s just going to scam me for my hard earned money. If that problem was fixed then this would be a Great 5 star app. But the way it is now I have a really hard time giving it the star I did. Be nice if you guys would do something about this problem. Instead of stealing my money. All I want is what I paid for nothing more nothing less.
Credits being used for calls not working

Anytime there is a problem with the calling system no matter what I lose credits on calls not placed. 47 to date since I have used this app. Very disappointed there is no way to contact customer support about this issue.
