LAGGY!?
Nothing in this game
I got like 10000 blocks captured and then all of a sudden the game had a huge lag spike and I went so far away from my territory and got killed. FIX THE LAG!!!!!
Great app but glitches are hellish

The mechanics of the game are great, and it’s a great adaptation of a great concept, but glitches drag you through hell. The worst glitch for me is that when I exit out of the app after a round and then go back in for another, the screen stays green when i tap “normal” and nothing happens, and 15 minutes later it finally comes back. There are also glitches where you claim land but only the line you traced is claimed, not the land inside, and then you need to spend a whole minute getting all that land you just claimed. It’s common for the player’s sprite to kill itself when it approaches the edge even if it doesn’t hit the edge, and less common but still possible, you’re playing normally and the lines skew and create strange shapes even if you just claimed a simple rectangle, and if you hit the land you claimed, you die. You can also hit another player’s line and they won’t die, and then they hit yours and you die, which is also fairly common. You could also encounter players’ sprites not even moving for a few seconds, just staying completely stationary (this is more common on teams mode but still happens on normal) There are a few more. This app definitely needs a lot of bug fixes, and then I will up this to 4 or 5 stars.
The glitches aren’t the worst part

The glitches are obnoxious, yes. They mess up your progress. But they’re infrequent, and usually mean I have a dicey wifi connection. But the devs are failing and failing to police the users’ screen names. The Avengers spoilers are annoying, but basically harmless. But slurs and racial violence (just, replacing an “i”with a “1”, and an “e” with a “3”, to use a recent true-life example) are allowed to hold first place for ages. It’s inexcusable for a “4+” game. This game is years old. The developers have to know better by now.
Good game that I usually play, but I have a problem.

For some reason when I press play the green screen pops up and doesn’t go away. This has been happening for a month or two and I have an iPhone XS Max. I have tried reinstalling and it works for a few games then it goes back to green screening on me.

Fun game but please regulate usernames

My 9 year old plays this game and some of the users enter very vulgar usernames. Please eliminate a user’s ability to user curse words.

I love the game but thar is a bug I am almost 10 and thar is glitches. Still 4 stars good game but ya glitches. Adds are not bad thar is not meany pleas steel get the game. I have told my Family about it I play with my aunt we meet each other up in the game you can make your own nickname. Start the game and you can fight people or expand your area. It is still a great game not many problems. I play this game every other day. But I am still loving it no matter what.

I think s couple cool additions for Splix would be, if after you die you can watch the person who killed you and if the more blocks captured you have when you die, the killer gets more than 500
