Split Boss has been designed with HOW you take splits in mind. Controls are optimized and organized differently when recording splits on the track than when recording cross country split - this allows you to pay more attention to the runners when every second counts! When tracking multiple runners Split Boss will tell you how far behind the leader each of your runners is.
When reviewing splits you simply tap a button to reorganize the data to view by runner or by lap/location. Want to send the results to yourself or a friend? No problem! Split Boss will email your splits and quick-scores to as many people as you'd like.
Split Boss is used by College and High School coaches to time and split both races and workouts.

Works for track. But cx splits won't load

Works great for track splits. I am having a hard time getting runners to load for a cx race.
Good app, but events disappear!

Really like this app for cross country meets. The only issue I am having is that all of my events and runners disappear when the app is closed and opened again. I have to be sure I send results to my email immediately after each race or all of the data is gone! I have to reload all of my runners each time too. Please fix this!
Makes coaching easier

I using it for getting splits and times for my varsity and jv team and it works great. Would love to use it with my Apple Watch or be able to work on it online but as the app it is a must need.

Split Boss is the only app that does everything I want from a cross country and track coaching app. The only problem is the UI hasn’t been updated to support the new larger screen iPhones. It was bad enough with the plus sized phones, and is now even more noticeable with the iPhone X. PLEASE update the UI to support larger screens!
