Splash on North Ave Bridgeport, CT. The manager Scott tried to have me pay for my free birthday car wash. He told me I had to pay for a car wash in order to get my nest car was for free. I argued with him saying are you really going to rip me off on my Birthday. I told him I was going to make a complaint and then after that he gave the worst car wash I ever had in my life. I am still going to make a complaint!!!

They do a good wash, but the finishing is awful. They should wipe the doors, spray out all the surfaces, wipe the wheels and do a good job.
