Worthless Customer "support"

I paid for a subscription I didn't get benefits from. I reached out to customer support immediately and weeks go by with absolutely no solution and no care at all from them. They are rude and know there is an issue and that I'm a paying customer and they happily will just take my money and move on. Don't waste your time ❌

$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$&I play everyday. For many years. Even when you couldn’t win anything. Then we could use points to buy things. That was fun. You won’t get a 5 from me until I start winning again. Green scratchers are alway $20k. I don’t care if it’s a dollar at a time or more. Need to be more consistent. My husband is deleting his app. The invite a friend doesn’t work. Sometimes there is no in game sweeps. I’m sure I’ll think of something else after I post this $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

This game doesn’t work, not surprisingly the ads do, however the slots do not. Don’t waste your time.
