Really good app. Does the job in a simple efficient way. I wanted an app I could share with my spouse to do bookkeeping. I did not want to sync with the bank accounts. I wanted to enter the expenses manually to keep the accounts up-to-date (sometimes bank accounts do not reflect the actual amount you have because some withdrawals are not complete yet).

Hello. Thank you for your helpful app. Unfortunately recently the app has several problems, that are critical and could be bothering. I try to name them and hope to see them solved as soon as possible. Thanks. 1) recently in one of my wallet all photos are crashed and shows none of them and instead a sample thumbnail! (Really mind-changing Problem) 2) the hashtags are shown after typing some letters but by tapping on them they doesn’t get inserted and should be typed every single time!! 3) I experienced a wired bug, when my touch id pass is enabled and I just enter the main setting it turns the passcode off automatically!! Nothing else have experienced by now. Thank you for your fast resolve.

Whenever you open their app they will try to read your clipboard. That’s a great threat for those who copy paste password or credit card number. You won’t even notice because of their too much animations in the beginning. So stay away from this app.

Could you please remove the network check while starting the app? Off-line mode would be perfect.

The app has never been user friendly. I can longer see my history so all the data I have entered is missing. This is not simple at all. It’s frustrating and I’m deleting the app and going back to managing my expenses on my own spreadsheet. It’s a totally non-functional app.
From 4 to 1...no meaningful updates

Spendee was once a glorious app. It even connected to my back account. Before that it would even recognize my location and auto tag a transaction. It was awesome. Then they removed the geo location feature followed by the connection to many many US banks. If you are Chase customer you’ll be pleased to see Chase’s logo on their website as a supported bank, but once you are in the app it isn’t even a supported option. When every other financial app is using the Plaid connection method, you’d think Spendee could offer something similar. Especially to those of us that pay for a “premium” account. I do believe the heart of this app and the company behind it are in the right spot. But it all couldn’t be managed any more poorly than a current leaders failed campaign. Spendee you were once grand and you’ve fallen. The version 5 you kept touting is nothing but a fantasy at this point. Sorry gang. Go look elsewhere.
Terrible Service, Stopped Synching

My Spendee wallets randomly stopped synching with other users. I tried deleting and re-installing the app and submitted messages to customer service, twice. Its been three weeks and no resolution.
A bit of false advertising

Based on the description you get lured into signing up for premium to be able to auto connect and download bank transactions only to realize that your bank is not even on the list. Why not show the available banks up front? Worst $22 I’ve ever spent...

I love this app. It has such a nice and sleek design with a easy interface. It’s easy on the eyes unlike others where it seems cutlery. I love how you can either automatically or manually track your transactions. I prefer this app over any other money trackers! Thank you.
