This is a great game! It did not work when I got my iPad pro, so I hope they release an update that will work with iOS9.2

It's a good twist on Scrabble with fun elements. But having to wait for things to build and reload, or actually having the concept to pay $99 for a bag of gems is a HUGE turn off. I understand that developers and game designers should receive money for their games. If this game had the basic elements without any of the wait times for things like letter tiles, and no gems to speak of, then I'd gladly pay a few dollars to own it. But because you can't play for long without having to wait for new tiles, etc., I don't see playing this game much past today.

As other reviewers have noted, there is fun to be had in this game. Regrettably, it wears out its welcome quickly. Like most freemium games with P2P mechanics, the devs have focused too much attention on getting money from users and not enough on fun gameplay. After you've played for 2-3 weeks you've experienced about all the game has in terms of innovation (and it will cost you plenty real $ to get there & be competitive in the team tourneys). After that: same daily "challenges", same tournament play, longer and longer waits for upgrades. Less rewarding the more you play.

I downloaded Spelldom a couple of months ago and I am still playing everyday! I love the innovation and gameplay. I've always love scrabble and words with friends and Spelldom adds a new twist to those concepts. Highly recommend!

Super fun spelling & strategy

Been playing for about a week and loving it. Strategy & spelling, team tournaments, nicely paced, non-violent and really fun! I have not experienced any bugs, and aside from being asked to watch ads, have not been interrupted by pay-to-play suggestions (although it's also easy to find the pay-for stuff). Great game
