As a Speedpass user, I find this app useless and poorly executed -- zero stars. I had to enter lots of information twice due to the registration process failing inexplicably. I've been successful less than half the time trying to using it at qualifying pumps. When I upgraded the app I had to sign in again, it didn't accept my password, and it hung repeatedly when I entered the temporary password. Despite the $25 incentive to try it I'm giving up...it's just too painful.

I have the working speedpass+ device, my account is active, I can login on my of, but can't login to this app.
I can log in online but not on app. Why ? Exxon your a great disappointment . No support for it either. I was transferred back and forth between people that wasn't even aware of app ! Makes no sense at all.
Just like the other reviewers, I experienced the same problem. The login credentials for online does not work...and no instructions. This feature launch is a complete product development failure. And calling customer support that is probably half way across the world whose spoken English was intelligible and asking me for my credit card number ...just what are the product morons thinking when launching this service?
Just read some of the comments and noticed that users are misunderstanding that this is for retailers and not end consumers. App works as advertised, though I empathize for those confused on what the app is meant to do. ExxonMobil needs to improve the app description.
