Don't walk, run from this app

Three years ago, I would say this was one of the best speech translation apps in the world. I paid about $15 for it. Several months ago it stopped working. Now it started working again but they now ask for more money for an app that I cannot even figure out how it works. Not intuitive at all. They have not been responsive to any of my questions about why they took my money 3 years ago and now I cannot use the app that I paid for. Current app requires you to either work for points to pay for a subscription or pay even more money. I don't trust them anymore.

This is a great app and it helps translate from Arabic to English. I like the fact that it could do a lanuage pair from english to arabic or arabic to english.

This app just doesn't work at all :( repetitive pop up says i need to subscribe even though I already did, rendering the entire app useless. As soon as you close the pop up it pops up again ******Update***** Thanks to great customer service my account was reset and the app works now! I use it all day at work and I love it!

I've spent more time with this app trying to get it to work and finally gave up. Not very intuitive. Finally got to a spot that said 7 day free trial used up Start day one BUY subscription/or earn points. I'm not about to buy anything until I see if it works. Not a great experience.
