It doesn’t work I want my money back

I traveled to Turkey and the app kept crashing and taking forever to load. They never fix it it and update it. The translation was Terrible not accurate at all. I want my money back how can I get my money back?

I signed up for the 7 day free trial. The app charged me $74.36 immediately instead of the free trial. Booo!

I use this all the time when communicating with anyone whose primary language is not English.

I purchased this app a year ago, when it works, it has a hard time understanding you it has only worked for half the time I had it. Don’t waste your money on it.
