Awful app that crashes

Awful app that doesn’t work. It kept crashing. Didn’t upload videos correctly. Options missing sometimes. AWFUL app. I’ve never have worked with such a unprofessional app. Even after reaching out their support team. They kept sending me the same instructions. The same instructions even after telling them I did not have the video saved. This has made it so difficult to get a 10-20min interview done. Going on day 4 still trying to resolve what’s going on.

Decent app for short screening interviews

I was recently required to do a one way online interview using this app. Once I watched a short tutorial it was fairly easy to use. There are opportunities for practice questions and the logistics of recording and uploading are pretty clear. That is until you get to uploading the videos. That’s where I ran into issues. Eventually it was solved with good tech support. You’ll need a strong WiFi signal. Good for screening interviews and opinion polls, but probably not anything beyond.

Good idea, poor execution

Tried to use on my iPad Pro, but the app will only orient facing in one direction and can’t be flipped. Unfortunately, the direction it wants to orient is upside-down for how my iPad sits in its stand, which is landscape orientation as required by the app. I got creative and flipped it over some boxes, but then the volume buttons were on the bottom and inaccessible. Frustrating that the app can’t do a simple thing like flip orientation, when so many apps can.

As a fellow app developer I am shocked at the lack of development quality given to this app. The instructions even show a phone in the horizontal setting with what would be the home button area in right hand and the camera area in the left hand, yet the app immediately transitions to being upside down with ALL keyboard stand manufacturers. How can you miss this, you are selling a product to be used with other company’s yet your build team has missed this. I have reported the app as unusable on all iOS devices to my employer for what they are looking for. Ps. Read your ratings and reviews, this is an easy fix and has been complained about for well over a period of time it would take to implement an update to fix issues related to your app.

Didnt like the idea. Not everybody is good on camera, you can’t based your recruiting on video interviews. It depends of the job. If you gonna be tv host, actress, a job in entertainment. I har problems with my wifi too.

Confusing and wouldn’t submit my responses to the interview questions after I clicked the submit button. Grrrrrrr The way the camera faces is terrible. I couldn’t get it to work on my PC so I loaded it on my phone, yet still had problems on my phone, super frustrating!

Very difficult to use, confusing interface, and was not compatible with my computer mic so I had to use my iPhone. Dumb idea and honestly completely turned me off to working at the company. Seems like a lazy way to conduct interviews.

Worst app I have ever used!

I was trying to use this app for a preliminary one-way interview and it would not work despite using 3 different smart phones on 3 different networks. Someone sold this company a terrible way to interview that is not doing the company or applicants any favors.
