This review was almost going to be 1 star, I lost my wallet on a hot summers day and needed cash. I had remembered Spare app I had downloaded months before but had never used. I used Apple Pay and sent the app $ 100then went to 2 locations that were listed but the employees didn't know how to use spare or hadn't heard of it.. frustrated I searched online Afro a customer service number and after digging found the ceos personal cell.. I called and in a very frustrated manner explained my issue.. he listened and told me he'd call me back in few.. when he called back he surprised me to no end.. he apologized and asked if I'd be willing to wait 30 minutes to meet a rep to do transaction in person I replied yes because I had needed to eat lunch anyway so I had the time. He (the CEO) then personally drove to me met me completed the transaction in person and even gave me a lil extra for my trouble, he then went to the business's that had turned me down and made sure the employees were trained . Spare is a young app and the idea Is a new one, they made a newbie mistake but fixed it better and faster then I could ask for.
