I think I would recommend this for complete beginners before I would recommend Duolingo as it is more practical and the voices are not as obvious machine. You get more out of it as a result. If you're past A1 level Spanish though, consider Duolingo or Memrise instead.

I took Spanish in college and I remember very little but so far this app seems to be jogging my memory. It starts out very basic, and I'm hoping as I complete the lessons I'll be able to speak in full sentences again!
