WARNING They rig the brackets when you play cash games

So every time you win your Skillz level is re-evaluated. So the higher wager games can ‘go up to several days’ or hours until you are playing the 2 players match after match. When malfunctions happen they happily refund your money u til the higher wagers. Then your crash rate gets too high and when the glitches happen your tough luck the delay is your device or internet connection. If you encounter this and get annoyed when you write to support inquiring about arbitration they ask for a match I’d number, tell you yo let them know about glitches they write you and state your crash rate is too high you are not eligible for a refund. Rather than give you this it is part 14 of the TOS: Dispute by U.S. Mail to Skillz Customer Support, 1061 Market Street, 6th Floor, San Francisco, CA 94103. I had the most update version… support told me to uninstalll and reinstall when data was missing that cause even less data. Then was given more instructions using volume button… and another 5 messages without response. This is beyond ridiculous. Glad you made an update. But until my issues are addressed this review stands.

Playing against all computers to win money is not a good concept. On top of that the Computers (AI) in this app do not play the proper way. The point system is flawed. Playing one hand to win is probably the worst part about this app.
